Newport got a safety, but it was Bellevue who scored the first touch down. Bellevue had a few solid drives. But Newport's athleticism was too much for the Tigers. Davis and Martin played well. Kinda disappointed on how Newport’s coach kept his starters in after running clock. Maybe he felt he had something to prove after being out coached against NCC.

Maybe the coach was working on things in preparation for district play starting next week.

 

Hopefully Coach Wynn will be able to sleep tonight seeing that now he has to deal with the heavy weight of your disappointment about playing time for starters.

Isn’t that what the the last 6 games should be about? I maybe mistaken but Bellevue is not going to prepare you for anything in districts. If anything it exposed them.
