June 23, 20197 yr Scattered storms, some severe with hail or wind, are expected in both Ohio and Kentucky. As a week cool front shifts east across the Ohio Valley region through the day Monday. Daytime heating of the moist warm sector will result in a moderate destabilization. This should result in development of storms along the cold front. The risk will be locally damaging winds, though hail will also be possible along with the chance for brief tornado, or two. I will update everyone in the morning.
