nWo Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 Some will definitely see snow accumulations on Sunday. There is a little difference between the models as to where the heaviest snow accumulations will be. First the NAM. It is showing 1-3" mainly east of I-65. The GFS is coming in with a little less in accumulations but showing the heaviest snow in western Kentucky and eastern Kentucky. Still around 1-3". The GFS-FV3 is showing the snow accumulations more widespread with the 1-3". It is also showing upwards of around 4" mainly from I-75 eastward. Here is a combination of all three models together. The GFS and GFS-FV3 have the snow moving in a little slower than the NAM. So here is my first call for snow. Mainly 1-3 inches with parts of central and southeast Kentucky maybe receiving 2-4". I will post my second call later today.
nWo Posted March 2, 2019 Author Posted March 2, 2019 Really no changes from my 1st call. Still about 1-3" of accumulations. Update tomorrow morning.
nWo Posted March 3, 2019 Author Posted March 3, 2019 Still no change in my forecast. Generally 1-3" for those who receive snow today. Have a blessed Sunday. .
