This heated, storied rivalry will see a fifth and deciding chapter to the 2018/19 season. The two schools split the first four meetings, including Boyd's overtime victory to claim the 64th District title just over a week ago.

 

Boyd County (24-10) is back to defend its region crown from last year. Ashland (16-16) on the other hand, is hoping to punch its ticket to Rupp Arena for the first time since 2002.

 

Can the Lions go back to back, or will the Tomcats end their region title drought?
