Juuse Saros saved 43 shots on goal, but the Preds were only able to get 19 shots on goal of their own and could get nothing by Jordan Binnington in St. Louis, last night.

 

As often happens as a power play ends and the teams shift back to full strength, Tyler Bozak got a clean shot and scored for the Blues with 7:25 left. Then with a man in the penalty box, the Preds decided to go empty net with 10 seconds left and paid for it with an empty netter by Alex Pietrangelo.

 

Winnipeg also lost, so Nashville maintains in a point lead in the Central.
