The Fleet(1-1) fell behind the Legends (0-2) 9-0 before cutting the lead to 9-6 at the half.

The Legends got the scoring started on a Younghoe Koo (Georgia Southern), with 7:20 left in the opening quarter.

Then Matt Simms (Tennessee) found Malachi Jones (Appalachian State) over the middle for a 19 yard touchdown, at the 3:27 mark to make it a 9-0 game.


Donny Hageman (San Diego State) added a 46 yard field goal to make it a 9-3 game, with 1:44 left in the half.

Then with :11 seconds left in the half Hageman nailed a 43 yard field goal and we had a 9-6 game.


The Fleet would outscore the Legends 18-3 in the second half.

Hageman connected on a 26 yard field goal to lock things up at nine.

Hageman looks destine to open some NFL eyes, if he continues to make kicking look so easy.

That also was the only scoring in the third quarter.


In the final frame Koo hit a 26 yard field goal to make this a 12-9 game.

The Fleet would end the game with a 15-0 run.

First Ja'Quan Gardner scored on a eight yard run to make it a 15-12 Fleet lead, with 9:10 left.

Gardner would score again, this time on a seven yard run, to make it a 21-12 game, with 4:05 left.

The final score came on another field goal by Hageman, from thirty three yards out, with :33 seconds left.


For Atlanta

Akrum Wadley (Iowa) had 8 catches for 70 yards, from his running back slot.

Tyson Graham, Jr. (South Dakota) had 8 tackles.


For San Diego

Ja'Quan Gardner (Humboldt State) 104 yards on 15 carries , 2 TD'S/

Nelson Spruce 4 Catches 58 yards.
