Thomas Greiss saved 31 shots on goal and the team blocked 27 more as the Jackets were shutout in Columbus.

 

Casey Cizikas had 2 break away goals for New York, who lead the Met.

 

Artemi Panarin hit the post and went just wide right on 2 excellent scoring opportunities for the Jackets. Cam Atkinson missed a wide open net with Greiss out of position and could not captialize on another rebound when Greiss made a fantastic save when Cam could not get the puck airborne.

 

Columbus is tied with Pittsburgh in points, but leads in wins to maintain their 3rd place position in the Metropolitan Division.
