Lightning 5 Penguins 4 (NHL)

The LA Kings ... er ... Tampa Bay Lightning extended Pittsburgh's losing streak to 5 games in Amalie Arena, last night. The Pens are now 0-4-1 in the streak. The Bolts stopped their 2 game slide and are now 5-3-2 in their last 10 games, avenging their last regulation loss in Pittsburgh last week.

The best part of the match, was when Ondrej Palat received a penalty for tripping Sidney Crosby in the 2nd period. 20 seconds later Anthony Cirelli finished a 3 on 1 break away with a short handed goal to give the Bolts a 3-1 lead.

That and when Crosby tried to bully Tyler Johnson and Little Johnny was having none of it. That was funny. Kind of like an old Golden Retriever and a Chihuahua going at it. Odd that Sidney decided to get all tough with Eric Cernak off the ice. I guess he got his fill of Cernak, last week in Pittsburgh. Johnson got his, though, with a goal to break a 3-3 tie in the 3rd.

Cernak, and Yanni Gourde scored. J.T. Miller got the game winner.

Wllson, McCann, Rust, and Pearson scored for the Pens.
