Carolina had built a 3-0 lead with a little over 4 minutes left in the second period before Oliver Bjorkstrand and Artemi Panarin score two goals in a span of 25 seconds. However, Columbus could not get the tie and gave up an empty netter with 2 second left in the game. The Jackets are still 7-2-1 in their last 10 games.
