The Preds held a 3-1 lead going into the 3rd period, but Vancouver scored twice to take the game into overtime. Ryan Hartman, Nick Banino, and Calle Jarnkrok all scored for Nashville in regulation.

 

3:05 into overtime, Mattias Ekholm passed the puck to Colton Sissons right in front of the Canuck goal and Sissons guided the puck up and over Anders Nilsson for the game winner.
