Fifth-ranked Lexington Catholic hosts Pike County Central in the first round of the playoffs. Lexington Catholic won state championships in 2005 and 2007 while Pike County Central's best playoff run was twice to the regional finals in 2009 and 2013. They've never met in the postseason.
