UK#1fanisback Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 UCF survived upset week came from behind to get the win. Milton threw for 296 yards 1 td and rushed for 1 td.
doomer Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 Soon as the rain started, which is a theme for Memphis, the Tiger offense went dead. I think the QB must have small hands because he can't throw in the rain. I wish the best for UCF as they are an AAC league team, but there were some sour grapes from the Memphis fan. So, after a Henderson touchdown run was called back for holding....and we know how discretionary those calls are... a UCF player tackled a Memphis receiver Pollard on the last play of the game, and photographs clearly show it was before the ball even arrived. No PI called. The Memphis player caught the ball (he probably should have dropped it), but he thus couldn't get out of bounds, and the clock expired preventing what would have been a very makeable field goal. Nonetheless, a nice 2nd half for UCF and a miserable one for Memphis....(shades of UK!!). Nice screen capture of the penultimate play. UKMustangFan Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 This same Memphis team that pushed UCF to the brink just got curb stomped by 4-3 Missouri by over 30....UCF wouldn’t make a bowl game if they were in a legit conference.
