Could I get some more FB Technicial help please

As of this morning when I try to load FaceBook at both Chrome and IE, all I get is what's in the image below. I've tried to find and answer on the internet on I've updated my browsers but still no good. Thank you for your help.

Open a new window in chrome, change your user to Guest. This should give you a clean browser window with cleared cookies and settings. Go to FB, login, and see what you see. If you can access facebook, go back to your default user and clear all of your history and cookies. Do the same in IE.

I figured it out. I had to remove the FB Purity extension and then add it back.
