newarkcatholicfan Posted February 10, 2018 Posted February 10, 2018 Army(13-12, 6-8 Patriot) blew this one by not hitting their free trows and failing to convert on a ton of Navy(17-10, 8-6 Conf) turnovers. Army hit just 52% of their free throws and failed to take advantage of 18 Navy turnovers. For Navy it was a day of finding a way to win, while playing horrible basketball. Hitting just 41.9% of their shots, Navy found a way to post another road win. They did connect on 84.4 of their free throws(11-13). The Midshipmen out rebounded Army 31-17. Leading the march to the win was,Shawn Anderson(New Castle, PA) with 13 points off of the bench. For are Jordan Fox(Jackson, Kentucky) led the way with 19 points, though he struggle from the three point line, hitting just 2-9.
