Northern Iowa 5 Green Bay 2 (Softball)

Northern Iowa(2-0) picks up their 2nd win of the season and day, by defeated Green Bay(0-1) 5-2. Northern Iowa out hit Green Bay 11-7 in this one and they were able to overcome 2 errors along the way.

 

For Northern Iowa Brittney Roby(Knoxville, Iowa) went 3-3 with 3 RBI and teammate Sammey Bunch(Frankenstein, Missouri) 3-3 1RBI were the two big sticks today. Brooke Craig (1-0) picked up the win.

 

For Green Bay Chyanne Onstad(Burlington, Wis) and Allie Hislope(Monticello, Ill.) each went 2-4 and knocked in a run. Freshman Kayla Schwebke 0-1(Rosendale, Wis)took the loss.
