NXT ratings on USA

I don't know how many of you watched NXT on Wednesday night, but it was the first time it was ever aired on The USA Network. The show drew an audience of 841,000 viewers, which isn't nearly as high as Raw or Smackdown, but it was the only show on USA to crack Wednesday's Top 50 shows (it ranked 22nd).

This is interesting to me, since WWE is preparing for TV contract negotiations with USA. There has been talk that NXT might be aired on USA under a new deal, either on Wednesday night or on Monday night. In the latter scenario, Raw would be reduced to a two-hour program, with a one-hour NXT show either before or after.
