Which district is the strongest/most competitive in NKY this year?

Depends. If you take averages then Highlands and NewCath make the 36th the toughest, if you require more than two teams and are asking toughness through depth... Ryle, Conner, Cooper, and Boone I guess.

Strongest, most competitive are two different questions IMO. And by strongest do you mean which has the most depth or best team?

Obviously this changes each yr so talking 2017 only, IMO most competitive is 37th, although the 33 and 34 will be as well. Most depth is 33rd. Ask me around 9:30PM on Oct 21 and I give my strongest.

Just going with a 9th Region break down on this one....

 

I believe that the 33rd is the strongest top to bottom. The 34th is the best 3 team District. The 35th is typically a one team race. The 36th is by far the best 2 team District I have seen.

Now it's fun to see how much the boys have learned throughout the year- seems like there is a lot of surprises as we go into districts!
