The special teams made this an adventure.

 

After the Illini scored with 2 minutes left in the 1st half, making it a one score game at 16-9, Quinton Flowers decided to take control. He stopped sliding and became the Q we Bulls fans have come to love. The game was basically over at that point, though I did not relax until the 4th quarter.

Darius Tice rushed for 105 yards and D'ernest Johnson had 101.
