NewCath's Haley Meyers fires her 2nd one-hitter in the last 4 games, as the Breds win a district seeding game against the visiting Greendevils. Dayton So. SS Grace Workman hits a solid single to center with one-out in the 4th for the lone Greendevils hit. Have to give the Dayton defense some credit, has they made some very nice plays on some hard hits from the Breds.

 

NewCath's Jr. SS Lexy Breen with the big hit of the game, a 6th inning 2-run "johnson", her 2nd long ball of the year.

 

Breds have a varsity "double-dip" tomorrow 5:00 vs. Holy Cross and 6:30 vs. Newport.
