Sacred Heart jumped on Eastern from the beginning of this game and never looked back. Unlike last year where they went into the 4th quarter against Male with an 18 point lead, only to lose in overtime.

 

SHA took a 21-7 first quarter lead by making 5 threes in the period. The Valkyries defense was able to keep Eastern's shooters at bay holding them to 25% shooting in the first half and 37% for the game.
