Judicial Watch Demands Damage Assessment of Hillary Email Server Use

Featured Replies

Judicial Watch, which did the heavy lifting to expose Hillary Clinton's use of a private server to avoid complying with its FOIA requests, and also exposed her mishandling of classified documents through discovery in a previous case, has threatened to file suit if the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and Department of State do not agree to conduct a damage assessment of Hillary Clinton's “'unsecure, unofficial email account' and to explain why it failed to do so when information about the former secretary of state’s use of a private email server to transmit classified information first surfaced."

If I were Trump, I would refuse to cooperate and force Judicial Watch to file suit. Then I would fully comply with every subpoena and every order issued by the judge. Who can blame him for simply following the law, even if it exposes damaging information about Hillary and the corrupt Obama administration?
