He had eight hat tricks which ties him with Steven Stamkos for most in Tampa Bay history. His 365 Tampa Bay goals are second to Vincent Lecavalier's 383. His OT goal in game 6 of the 2004 Stanley Cup Finals sent the series back to Tampa, where the Lightning won the Cup. He was the 2003-2004 NHL MVP In an emotional ceremony at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Martin St. Louis's #26 Tampa Bay Lightning jersey was retired before last night's Blue Jackets/Lighting game. It is the 1st jersey to be retired in the history of the franchise.
