Knox Central 30 Cawood 8

Featured Replies

Good night for the Panther defense. Soph QB Corey Smith threw for 3 tds as Knox Central won without starting rb Brandon Tolliver who missed the game with a sore back. Second week in a row a KC reciever has had the WYMT Catch of the Day, this week it was Jr wr Seth Bargo. So. Josh Brown and Sr. Jordan Ellenburg also had td catches. FB Richard Branstutter rushed for the other td and was named player of the game by whoever decides that at Cawood. #44 rb Philips looked really good subbing for Tolliver. Several kids on the line and at lb had good games, wish someone from KC would post some names. I don't know all the young kids yet. It's a little easier to pick up on offensive players names due to the PA announcer calling them out. Cawood has dropped 2 of 3, KC moves to 2-1 with an open week ahead.

KC fans, I know some of you are members here. I really wish someone who knows the names of guys in the trenches and the new kids would start posting. My membership ends sometime this month and someone needs to step up and continue to give these kids and this program some recognition.

KC is having a good start to their season. Congrats to the Panthers!

The loss to Wayne Co was disappointing. We have a lot of new faces but I like what I see talent-wise among the newcomers. It remains to be seen if they can get it together in time to make a run this season, but I like the future for this bunch.

A lot of people were doubting much in productivity after losing the kids they lost last year, but they look like they're going to be fine. Growing pains.
