Hardin County Preps Posted October 12, 2016 Author Posted October 12, 2016 Central needs to be able to stop the run game of Meade County. I think Meade has been able to establish a run game vs John Hardin and North Hardin. This will be one of the keys as well as winning the turnover battle. Central Hardin in a close one 34-28
bruindeuce Posted October 12, 2016 Posted October 12, 2016 I think Centrals run defense is sound, pass coverage is iffy at best. Centrals offense is rolling right now with the triple threat of Barbor, Iler, and Talley. I think it is a little further apart in the score 35-21 Central......
Hardin County Preps Posted October 12, 2016 Author Posted October 12, 2016 I hope so, Central needs to prevent the turnovers and penalties that have cost them 2 games this year. Hopefully Talley can stay healthy and I am curious to see if Central uses De onta Duncan on the defensive line again. He was effective in getting to the QB vs Collins.
bruindeuce Posted October 12, 2016 Posted October 12, 2016 Agreed, penalties and turnovers are killing them....I have it on pretty good authority that Talley is feeling pretty darn good. Has lost a few pounds from the beginning of the season and says he feels a lot quicker than he did after the first game.
Hardin County Preps Posted October 12, 2016 Author Posted October 12, 2016 The ability to put pressure on the QB is key, its just not in Centrals DNA to pressure the QB. Based on intel from the North vs Meade game, Meade was able to run on the edges vs North. Next week should be a war, looking forward to it. They are already talking that game up.
bruindeuce Posted October 12, 2016 Posted October 12, 2016 Yes pressure is a good thing, edges might be interesting if we have lapse in discipline and do not contain. Can't wait till Friday night
Hardin County Preps Posted October 14, 2016 Author Posted October 14, 2016 Game day, go Central Hardin!!!!!!!!
