Spencer County got all they wanted from North Oldham, but held on for another one score win in a 21-13 decision over North Oldham. It was their sixth straight win, and three of them have come by one score or less, and another was also in single digits. This week they'll face a Franklin County team that is just 2-5, but is coming off a scare of Collins (38-31). A year ago the Flyers were flying higher, but still fell 47-42 to Spencer County. The Bears will likely be guarding against peeking ahead to their showdown with Shelby County, a game that should decide the district. Will Spencer County get caught looking or continue their impressive streak?
