Hardly. There is zero chance that anyone from Conner could tell if the ball crossed the line from where Conner's support was sitting.

That was, from my vantage point. However, HHS had cleared it out and it would have still been a throw in.

It hit off the bar and spun down towards the goal line. For those not there think 66 World Cup Final, or Frank Lampard v Germany in 2010. The ref was right there to see it. One of the very few benefits of a 2 man crew.
