You'd have to show me where anyone said ND wouldn't win the 9th region. I know the talk was about them being down this year but don't think anyone ever said they wouldn't win a weaker than normal 9th region.

 

I think Cooper could take a set from them (already have) but don't think they could put 3 sets together. Nobody else is close this year.
