Harlan Co had 3 turnovers in the 1st half.....plus some costly penalties....the halftime score was 15-13. HC failed to convert a 4th and 2 late in the fourth from near the 20 yard line which was their last possession.

It sounds as if Harlan County would have won this game with that the mistakes. Would that be a fair assessment?

Maybe...Knox Central took a knee a couple of times inside the 10 to end the game. Probably could have stuck one in if they had wanted to.
