Nice win for Grant Co.

Grant Co plays Simon Kenton, @ Calvary Christian and Beechwood in a span of about a week in the middle of September, will be a good indicator of how good they are.

Grant played well. Missed a couple of chances they probably should've scored on. (Conners keeper saved a PK hit pretty much in middle but with a lot of pace. Made a really nice save in a 1v1) Grants back line wasn't tested too often but Conner had some chances from set pieces. It was a pretty good performance

Is it just a down year for Conner? Seen Grant play and usually Conner pretty solid.

They're young team and that has a lot to do with it. They would maintain possession for spells then would give it away. I think next year they could be solid because they had some young talent but their youth showed last night with a lot of unforced errors.

Where is the McKinley kid playing for Conner? He is a sophomore, right?
