From what I've seen, here's my top three.

 

1. Russel

2. Rowan

3. Raceland

East Carter is also pretty good! I agree that add East, and Morgan Co. that's a legit top five!

I believe Ashland is up on that list also. They lost to Russell and beat Raceland and havent played Rowan

Ashland and Raceland play tonight they have not played yet!

raceland has a very good upcomming team...the raceland J.V. team has only lost one game to russell and they beat other teams such as east carter, russell, and ashland!....watch out for those j.v. rams!

I dont think that JV has any affect on varsity. A jv team could be terrible and a varsity team could go undefeated. Its like a completely different level. No offense to anyone's jv but that is my opinion.

from ashland's play with other teams in this region, rowan would beat ashland

I think they play next week if im not mistaken, so i guess we'll find out. Good luck to both, Rowan has always seemed to have a solid Volleyball team.
