Where is Coach Cissell going?

  • Author

I heard he step down. No clue why or where he is going.

The ever hard working Jason Frakes reported today that Brown has hired Erin Spalding as its new boys basketball coach. Spalding, who has coached the Brown girls team the last three years, becomes only the second female head coach of a boys team at this time, according to Frakes.

Coach Cissell is going to be an assistant coach on Manual's Staff.

Thanks for that information. I thought he did a really good job at Brown. A small school without much natural basketball talent, his Brown teams always played hard from the opening tip to the final whistle. I wish him well.
