IMO it'll be Franklin County or Holmes coming out of the top of the bracket. The bottom of the bracket is completely loaded with Murray and Manual being an incredible first round matchup. I can't decide on who will come out of the bottom side.

Assuming both can survive the first round a Holmes vs Mercer County matchup will be a very good one. Holmes will have the advantage of playing on the floor more times but Mercer County will be very tough.
