Villa Madonna's Alexa Meier signs with Midway

Villa Madonna senior, Alexa Meier, has signed a letter of intent to continue her academic & athletic career at Midway University. She will play both softball and soccer.

Alexa was offered a full ride, academic scholarship, to Thomas More, but chose Midway because of her desire to pursue a degree in Equine Medicine, and Midway's proximity to the Horse Capital of the World, Lexington.

Congrats to Alexa and her proud papa, Villa softball Head Coach, Dave Meier. :dancingpa

Congrats to Alexa and her family. What a great accomplishment.
