11th Region freshman and JV tournament

Why does the 11th region not have a freshman and JV tournament like other regions? I would think that it would be a great venue and make for some fine basketball. Just curious.

Lots of things go into this. Finding a venue and time to accommodate all interested parties. Some districts don't even do a district tournament for Freshmen and JV. Easy to say it would make money and attract a lot of people but when schools in the 11th have stand alone freshmen/jv double headers crowds are low.

The 41st district has there own freshman tourney...it is this saturday.
