nWo Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 For the second storm system that is forecast to co me through Kentucky from late Thursday through Saturday here is my first snow accumulation outlook. Now this is just through 8pm EST Saturday night. The highest totals, at this time, seems to be centered around the I-64 corridor from about Frankfort to Ashland 6-8" is predicted to fall. Looks like 4-6" surrounds that area from about Hopkinsville towards EKY. Just north and south of that area 2-4" which includes WKY, NKY/Cincinnati area south central and parts of central KY. Extreme south east Kentucky may get just a light dusting to 1". Now this is just a preliminary call and I will update as we get closer. Also the totals could go up in the I-64 corridor area because there is slight chance of as much as a foot in that area. chance of 12" of snow
nWo Posted January 20, 2016 Author Posted January 20, 2016 Oh by the way just between you and me. It looks like more snow on the way for the middle of next week! Don't tell anyone. :sssh: :thumb:
