Perfect example of how you never let the arrested put themselves in a position to potentially do harm. Easy to second guess, I know. My guess is that professionals who watch this would offer a critique saying he should never have let the guy turn around and engage him in questioning.

 

Perfect example of the fine line officers have to walk between "too aggressive" and "shot."

 

Article says the officer hit the guy twice and he was found.
