East Carter has two new starters this season who are performing much better than expected and who are receiving recruiting attention.

Heard through the grapevine that at Scott the senior Kallmeyer's 7th grade little sister made the team. Not sure what level she is playing at but if she is even close to being the multi-sport athlete her sister is it bodes well for SHS's future.

East Carter has some really good talent. Some of the middle school players will be big help. I've seen several of them play during middle school season. Some kids to watch are MacKenzie Bush a point guard can see the floor and make unbelievable passes and a good shot!!! Also another good player is Hannah Gallion she a aggressive and will not back down a good player down low!!
