September 14, 201511 yr Maryland eighth grader charged with assault for kissing schoolmate on a dare - The Washington Post My hope is the kid does not go through the justice system and learns a lesson. At first blush it seems a bit much.....but there has to be a line of what's acceptable. An "open mouth" with tongue action is not a simple kiss.
September 14, 201511 yr Assault may be a bit overboard, but definitely not something that can just be brushed aside IMO.
