Baseball for high school teams in Louisville. Aaron Alvey and Zach Osborne were the stars of the team that defeated Japan to win the championship. They hit back-to-back homers in the US semi-final game in the 11th inning to propel them to a 2-1 win. I think Alvey set or tied a record for consecutive no-hit innings. Others on the team included Casey Jordan, Ethan Henry and Alex Hornbeck. These guys would be sophs. or Jrs. this season. Does anyone know if they are playing baseball in High school and how are they doing?

I am pretty sure Zach Osbourne started for the varsity team at PRP in his freshman year. He played either 2nd or shortstop across from his brother. Very good player.

I believe Alvey plays for Butler and Osbourne plays for PRP
