Q: You’re entering that final season in the Ashland jersey. How can you best summarize what it means to be a Tomcat?

A: Sitting here in the locker room, I have chills right now. It’s really hard to put into words what it means to be a Tomcat. The whole city is behind you. The coaching staff is your second parents. You have 60 new brothers every year. You have new people come in, and they’re already brothers to us. That’s just what it means

to come in, work your butt off and try to get the ring.

Q: You’re a Marshall University commit now, as of this summer. You had an outstanding track season, had a fantastic offseason, with standout camp showings. Obviously you’ve gained in strength and speed. What do you think you can bring to the Thundering Herd?

A: I just feel like I can be that home run hitter, to be able to score from wherever.

Q: You committed from Kentucky as a junior, and decommitted just weeks later. Why was that?
