This annual opening match versus Trigg County is a competitive opening game for both. 3A Trigg County last won this opening game versus Russellville in 2011. Can Trigg County put Russellville's title hopes off track in this first game or will the small school Panthers once again get an opening win versus a solid bigger school opponent?
