Basketball season for 2015/2016 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Bath County Remember, please be constructive.

The Wildcats struggled in 2014/15 as new coach Sean Noble took over late in the fall just before the season began. The new staff having limited time to work with the players, the youth of the team, and injuries took their toll in 2015. The coaching staff has now had a full year to work with the team and the injuries have healed. Bath County returns their entire starting lineup and the varsity is heavy with JR's and SR's just as graduation hit Fleming County and Menifee County especially hard. The freshman class comes in as back to back OVC Middle School champions and will add size, skill, and depth to the team overall. Look for Bath County to step up and challenge Rowan County in the 61st district and secure a spot in the 16th region tourney for the next few years.
