In Fairview's 4-3 win against Lawrence County yesterday, Katie Daniel made her 1,000 career strike out. The game was stopped and she was recognized. Congrat's to Katie!

That should place her around #7 all time for strikeouts! Only 6 others have done it (per the KHSAA record book). What a fantastic milestone to reach! :thumb: Puts her in some very elite company!

Thanks Mountain Thunder. I'll pass that along to her.
