Gallatin Co. 8 Williamstown 2

The Wildcats are now 5-0 on their new field since opening on Friday. They defeated Lloyd 3-0 on Friday, Switzerland Co. 5-4 and Rising Sun 9-7 on Saturday, and Eminence 7-6 in 9 innings on Monday.

The victory over the Demons today also runs their winning streak to 7 and pushes their record to 8-6.

The cats are really on a roll... and it all starts with the pitching, during this streak the cats pitchers have thrown 6 complete games and have had great defense behind them. Tonight giles the pitcher threw a complete game with 10 strikeouts 1 walk and 2 earned runs, also added two doubles. Nice job GC and keep it rollin with bellvue tomorrow where sott brown will be on the hill.

You are right about the defense. The Cats have committed only 1 errer in the last 2 games.

These guys are competitors, 7-0 in football, 19-10 in basketball, and now they have an 8-6 record thus far for baseball. It is essentially the same group of kids playing every sport.
