May 5, 201511 yr Toronto Blue Jays hitting coach Brook Jacoby has been suspended 14 games for his actions towards the umpiring crew after an April 29th game against the Red Sox at Fenway Park. It has not been specified what Jacoby did but the Jays coaches and the umpiring crew were yelling at each other following the game. As a result of the incident the Red Sox have changed their policy and now require the visiting team to wait until the umpires have reached their locker room before entering the tunnel that the visitors and umpires share. Jacoby has appealed but is not allowed in the dugout while the appeal is processed. It must have been pretty bad. Blue Jays hitting coach Brook Jacoby suspended 14 games
