I just saw where these two schools were to play a double-header tonight but only one game was played but Lone Oak gets two wins because Community Christian forfeited the second game. Sounds like the coach didn't take too kindly to being beat that bad.

 

Anyone out in the Paducah area hear anything about this game?

I don't know the circumstances, but I doubt it was because of the score of the first game ... Heath beat CCA 32-2 earlier this season and they played nine days later, with the Pirates winning 17-1. CCA has just a handful of players (several of them are 8th graders, I think) and may have been shorthanded for the second game and/or had no pitching left.
