More freedom sought for KY Bourbon Festival drinkers

Featured Replies

I'm gonna have to agree with this one as well. If they can cordon off the streets and let people drink during the annual street concert, why can't KBF be that way?

The spirit garden always seemed to me like a wild, drunken hogpen. Never liked going in there too much. Too many loose cannons.

I would not attend this festival if I couldn't walk around freely with my bourbon. How stupid. If I wanted to be stuck in a closed in setting to drink, I'd just go to a bar.

Might come down to this now!

The good thing is that there are a number of good bars within walking distance of the grounds. Most will be doing tastings and such that week.

Sept. 15-20.
