For now, here are the guidelines, have at it. Original Content - Content is King and the most important factor in determining our winner is original content. The article can be on any subject matter relevant to the state of Kentucky and/or any sport/sporting event or sports figure in/from the state of Kentucky. Your article should be comprehensive, of value to our readers, and a minimum of 500 words. Social media engagement will earn your article bonus points every time. For example, shares on Facebook, postings on Google Plus, Twitter engagement, etc. Total page views, responses to your article, spin off threads, and overall engagement on BGP will weigh heavily in our decision. To enter the contest all you have to do is write an article and use the article tab when you post the article to the forum. All articles must comply to the rules within our Terms of Service. Selected members of the BGP staff will judge the articles and determine the winner. The prize for the winning article is $25.
