Having A Problem With Vine

I can no longer watch a Vine on my IPhone.

 

Doesn't matter if I'm on the Vine website or viewing it from within an app.

 

When I click on the play arrow it brings up a line over it indicating I can't play it.

 

Used to be able to play them.

 

Any ideas?
