6 pm. Carlisle County vs Ballard Memorial

7:45 pm. Calloway County vs St. Mary

Thursday night.

6 pm. Graves County vs Fulton City

7:45 pm. Paducah Tilghman vs Murray High

Calloway should have the easiest road to the finals, if they don't overlook anyone. It's tournament time now and anything is possible.

I would like to see Birdsong have to play his former team in the finals, how interesting of a game would that be?

Graves is playing better ball now and no one expects for them to make a run so that should make them hungry. If they don't overlook a Fulton City team that has turned things around as of late.

Don't count out Tilghman or Murray, Tilghman can put pressure on the ball and shoot lights out but the lack of a post player could hurt them in making a run. Murray has been playing good ball lately and they have the size and shooters to give Tilghman trouble. Murray won their only meeting early in the season 68-72.

Then Murray or Tilghman vs Graves should be a great semifinal game. Graves had Tilghman down by 13 at half before the Tornados "stormed" back to win 55-49.

It's March so bring on March Maness!!!

Agree it should be a wild shootout in the bottom where Graves, Tilghman, or Murray could emerge to play Calloway. I thought it was interesting to note the lack of a post with Tilghman hurting their chances, just think if Chris Vogt from Graves was on the Tilghman team. Talk about a team that could make some noise.

With the shooters and quickness Tilghman already has adding a Vogt to that team could make them a state contender.

Who do you think will come out of the bottom half to challenge Calloway?

Any of the three from Graves, Murray, or Tilghman would not surprise me. Whomever gets hot and has the breaks would be my answer. If Tilghman turns teams over and controls a fast tempo I like them. If Vogt stays out of foul trouble and plays big getting 15 points, 10 plus rebounds with 5 or so blocks each game I like Graves, and if James Boones gets off going for 20 plus per game I like Murray. I think those are the X factors for each team.
